Originally from the North American East Coast, the Atlantic Limpet were mainly introduced to the French coast line on D-Day in June 1944, stuck to hulls of Us military ships.

Locally fished from pure and pristine Mont St Michel Bay, the Atlantic Limpet has a strong taste identity and a lot of advantages : sustainability of the fishery, similar to clams with great taste and texture, the shellfish is raw shelled and IQF frozen.

Theses strengths interrest a lot, especially american people, who could rediscover this amercican product, with a French touch.
